Q: Where can I check the connection speed?
A: For example, on the http://us.mcafee.com/root/speedometer/test_0600.asp. But the speed depends on the servers overloading, that is why we’re recommend you to do complex test of load sites in different countries. If we’re talking about the connection, than we can say, that our servers are connected to the 100Mb channel and total DataCenter channel is 1Gb.

Q: FTP data transfer doesn’t work on my computer.
A: You have to switch on “passive transfer mode” in the FTP-client for this problem salvation. In an IE this operation is located in browser "Additional" properties.

Q: Is it possible to use Proxy/Socks after VPN-connection?
A: Of course! VPN-connection is completely transparent. After connection you can use AProxy, Permeo and other soft.

Q: Is it possible to make changes between VPN and OpenVPN?
A: Yes, you can discuss this matter with tech. support.

Q: Could I connect to the VPN from different places?
A: Yes, you can. There’s only one limitation – you can use only nonrecurrent connection. In case of double connection server disconnects one of the active connections at once.

Q: How can I prolong OpenVPN access?
A: Technical support will contact with you through the ICQ on 3-4 days before termination. If the payment didn’t come it time, your account will be temporarily blocked. After the expiry of two weeks your account will be deinstall from the base.
